LIFT Lifestyle is a three month nutrition and lifestyle program for current LIFT/TCS athletes or anyone with access to a computer with some shit hot goals. For three months you will create new habits that revolve around daily decisions concerning food and sleep. Changing the way you think about what you are putting in your mouth takes time. We focus on your bedtime routine, eating schedule, pre and post workout nutrition, and overall health to fit your lifestyle. You won't be giving up everything you love! You just won't eat it daily :) Here are some hard details: 

Kick off- September 7th at NOON at Travis County Strength

First day- September 9th 2019

Last day- December 7th 2019

You will need access to google drive and a zoom account. 

If you are a returning Lifestyle client you will get a discounted rate. 

If you sign up with your significant other you will get a discounted rate.
